2026 Important Announcements
- Moving to Unum from The Standard for Life and Disability coverage.
- Added Ask Alex benefit decision making tool.
- Added Hospital Indemnity Insurance benefit through Voya effective 1/1/26.
- Eligibility for the Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity plans will change to the first of the month following date of hire.
- Review your elections carefully as some of the rates for Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity plans are changing for the 2026 plan year.
- The H.S.A. medical plan deductible will increase from $3,300/$6,600 to $3,400/$6,800 to comply with the new IRS limit.
- Adopting new DCA limits for 2026: $7,500; $3,750 if you and your spouse file separately.
- The annual maximum amount you may contribute to this FSA for 2026 is $3,400 annually. This benefit allows employees to use pre-tax dollars for certain IRS-approved expenses. Any unused FSA dollars up to a $680 maximum may be rolled over into the following plan year to use for eligible expenses.
