2. Select JOIN NOW and follow the onscreen prompts. Your unique ID is your employee ID. Spouses can login using the employee’s ID with “s” at the end.

3. Earn points for completing wellness tasks of your choice.

4. Every point earned = $1, up to a total reward of $250
